I love breakfast, so I found this photo collection pretty delicious.

Sometimes I still crave the gallo pinto (pictured) they serve in Costa Rica. I spent a month there in the tiny town of Manuel Antonio/Quepos and lived with a host family while I tried to learn Spanish at a school down the street. Anyway, gallo pinto is essentially black beans and rice, but with onions, peppers, and cilantro, too. It’s super yummy.
