Oh Comcast chat representatives. I know your life is hard while you sit at home in your pjs with 5 or so chat windows open to assist petulant customers like Mr. Boyle. But for reals, just give him what he wants. 

Also, Game of Thrones is EPIC. Find a friend who has legit-HBO before Season 2 starts.
